Tom Bednorz

Tom Bednorz is the Senior Recruiting Manager at Karmony Partners. He attended Loyola Marymount where he received his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, with an emphasis in marketing and finance. His impressive entrepreneurial career spans three decades and various industries including electronics, computer hardware, commercial/residential real estate, and transportation.

At Karmony, Tom is responsible for candidate placement oversight and assisting with business development. One of his greatest strengths is his ability to listen, help, and make people feel comfortable. He has an uncanny ability to see talent in people when they aren't even aware of it. Tom believes in going above and beyond for his clients, candidates, and colleagues, making it a part of his typical business day to continually exceed their expectations. He trusts that there are no traffic jams on the extra mile and always brings out the best in people.

In his spare time, Tom has enjoyed volunteering as a youth coach for soccer, volleyball, roller, and ice hockey. He loves to wake surf and being outdoors. He resides in Austin, TX with his adoring wife and loves spending time with her and their four beautiful children.
