Kristin Lauderback

Kristin Lauderback is the Founder and driving force behind Karmony Partners. Prior to establishing Karmony Partners, Kristin received her Bachelor of Science from Texas A&M University and had a successful career working for Hire.com and Modis. At Hire.com, she handled customer implementations and training before relocating to Dallas to join Modis, one of the largest IT staffing companies in the world. During her tenure at Modis, Kristin grew organically from IT Recruiter to Recruiting Director as she was recognized year after year as a top performer.

Throughout Kristin’s career, she has enabled her customers to hire or contract with over 2,000 professionals. She considers her hard work and genuine care for her candidates and clients to be her greatest strengths as a professional. In her free time, Kristin is dedicated to giving back to her community through her volunteer work. She is a former youth foster parent for the State of Texas and has also enjoyed working with Austin Pets Alive, Mobile Loaves & Fishes, and as a Lake Travis football photographer and spotter.

Kristin is a Louisiana native who grew up in Austin, TX, and now resides in the Lake Travis area outside of Austin. When she's not working or volunteering, Kristin loves to spend time with her family, friends, and dog fur babies. She also likes reading, weight training, and spending time on the water or at the beach.
