Field Technicians (Wilmington, DE, Bethlehem, PA and Marlton, NJ)

We are looking for FULL TIME Solar Field Technicians. We have positions open in multiple locations. (Wilmington, DE, Bethlehem, PA and Marlton, NJ) We are looking for individuals with outdoor construction and electrical experience that can be trained to work for a residential solar installation company.

Requirements:

• 1 year of residential electrical experience

• Experience working at heights

• Must have a VALID DRIVER's LICENSE AND a very safe driving history (Less than 3 points, no prior suspensions or DWI's)

• Must be able to commute to Wilmington, DE, Bethlehem, PA OR Marlton, NJ.

• Must have personal or professional experience working outdoors and up at heights

• Must not have a fear of heights (yes, safety equipment is provided)

• Must be able to carry 40 pounds up a ladder

• Must be able to work in all types of weather

• Must be a team player

• Must be willing to get OSHA certified (paid for by the company)

• Reliable car to get to work

• Team oriented/dependable

• Work on average 50 hours a week
